§ Westminster Council Soho Action Plan. Pretty useless in relation to environmental
improvements, or considering the pedestrian and traffic conflict. It fails to
consider these issues at all - apart from stating traffic counts will be undertaken.

this photo clearly illustrates how the Soho area would be transformed with some traffic calming. The area created provides enough space for outdoor seating, creating a much more relaxed atmosphere.
